We all lead very busy lives. That business does not seem to subside at all in the morning. And also, most people are running out the door in the morning because they slept too late and have no time to make a delicious breakfast.
Do you like big breakfasts? What about pancakes that are golden brown and smothered in butter and syrup? Do you ever wish you had time to wake up in the morning and make yourself delicious pancakes?
If you are press for time in the morning and don't have much time to prepare a big breakfast, you can save a lot of time making pancakes by using a pancake mix. You don't have to take out all the dry ingredients and measure them out.
Pancake mix is also a great gift idea. Don't know what to get someone? Try giving them food! Maybe there's someone that you need to buy a gift for and all you know is that they like to cook. Pancake mix is great, also for those people who have everything or you don't know what to get them.
What makes food such a great gift? First of all, you they don't have to worry about it it matching anything, and they don't have to find a permanent place to put it. Everybody has to eat, right?

How do you make pancake mix? It's very simple. You could find a recipe for pancake mix, or you could just use a regular basic pancake recipe. Just measure out all the dry ingredients and that becomes your mix.
Put the mix into a jar and then attach a recipe card to the jar with the rest of the instructions. Give it as a gift, or store it in the cupboard for later use. You can even add nuts or chocolate chips to the mix, if you'd like.
