It's a bright sunny morning and you wake up to go to work. You slept as late as you could because you went to bed late and now it is time for breakfast. What do you eat? A pop tart or a bowl of cereal?
Do you skip breakfast? I'm sure if you were offered a stack of pancakes or a big plate of eggs, bacon, and hash browns, you would probably be more than happy to take it and eat it all because it is delicious.
I have a proposition for you. What if I told you that you could have delicious fluffy pancakes for breakfast? That's not all! You could have them on a morning you had to go to work, they weren't the frozen kind you microwave, and you wouldn't have to get up an extra hour early.
You can have pancakes without spending an hour cooking or without using those tasteless microwaveable pancakes. You can use pancake mix. Pancake mix saves you a lot of time it takes to measure out all the ingredients and mix together.
You are not restricted to basic pancakes if using a mix. You can use basic pancake mix that you get from a store, or you can use fancy mixes in different flavors and varieties such as Stonewall Kitchen pancake mix.
You could even take the basic pancake mix you get from the store and dress it up. Throw some chocolate chips in the batter or sprinkle the pancakes with cinnamon for an extra fun flavor. Be creative.
These mixes are beyond simple. It is as easy as measuring out however much mix you want and then measuring out the right amount of milk or water, and then mix it together. Now you have your batter set in only minutes and ready to cook up.
You can also give pancake mix or pancake mix baskets as gifts to friends and family. They will love that the mix is so easy and delicious, and they will love that it is not anymore clutter for their home.
