This is a very essential obligation that needs to be carried out with full obligation or you will soon find some of your fish sick or dead! Make sure you follow proper daily, weekly and four weekly upkeep care as part of your normal house cleaning to ensure that they will be happy and well.
What To Clean Every Day
There are some essential daily steps to preserve a clean aquarium. First, you need to check on the temperature. For tropical freshwater fish, the ideal temperature for them is somewhere around seventy seven degrees. Algae will grow if too much warmth is present so perform daily checks for sick or dead fish. Promptly remove unwell fish from the tank and then check the pumps and filters to see if they are working well.
Weekly Cleaning Task
Weekly care is essential to preserve the tank clean. To get rid of all waste from the bottom of the tank, use a siphon tube. Check to see if there is too much heat around the aquarium. Should heat sources be present, the growth of algae will increase dramatically. Fish tank care needs time and effort. Through the proper care and nurture, your aquatic friends will not only be well and happy but you will be rewarded with a dazzling collection of graceful creatures swimming about happily in the corner of your home.
